DESCRIPTION:So war’s: mein Fazit\n—\n*** English text below ***\n\n„4NDREAS feiert“ … Geburtstag – natürlich wieder mit Livemusik!\n\nAus aktuellem Anlass findet die Party dieses Jahr online statt.\n\nDer Abend steht im Zeichen des Postmetal mit zwei Konzerten:\n\nNoise Raid aus München machen Musik mit Emotionen\, Kanten\, vielen Effekten\, die ganz sicher keinen Gesang braucht.\nDurch die Kombination aus instrumentalem Metal mit Punkrock\, Black Metal und vielen anderen Stilen schaffen Noise Raid unverkennbare Klangwelten. Diese beginnen oftmals mit atmosphärischen Melodien und bäumen sich zu gewaltigen Bergen aus Verzerrungen auf. Dabei wird durch den Einsatz ungewöhnlicher Rhythmen\, Songstrukturen und Klangfarben gezielt mit Erwartungen gebrochen. Der Zuhörer wird von Lied zu Lied auf eine Reise durch seine eigenen Vorstellungen und Gefühle mitgenommen\, ohne ihm auf einem verbalen Weg eine Interpretation aufzuzwingen. Unterstrichen wird dies am besten durch die energiegeladenen Live-Shows der Band\, die ein Publikum zu fesseln und mitzureißen weiß.\n\nLake Natron aus Rosenheim sind drei Typen\, die gerne laute\, tiefe Musik spielen. Ihren Namen hat die Band von einem hochalkalischen Sodasee in Tansania geliehen\, der bekannt dafür wurde\, dass er verstorbene Tiere zu Salzskulpturen erstarren lässt. Eingebettet in eine malerische Landschaft\, stellt der See somit ein nahrhaftes Habitat dar und ist zugleich für viele Lebensformen eine extreme und lebensfeindliche Umgebung. Das passt zum Sound: rohe Soundgewalt\, treibende Rhythmen\, aggressive Passagen\, tonnenschwere Riffs und harscher Gesang stehen atmosphärischen Elementen\, ruhigen Spannungsbögen und fragilen Melodien gegenüber. Durch ihre Mischung aus Postmetal und Doom bringen die drei Musiker den Raum zum Beben und nehmen ihre Zuhörer mit in ihr musikalisches Refugium voller extremer Eindrücke und malerischer Aussichten. Four Munich boys create their individual and iconic sound by combining instrumental metal\, punkrock\, black metal and many other music styles. Their songs start most often by creating atmospheric dimensions through melody that continue to evolve into massive mountains of distortion. They continuously surpass the listeners expectation and surprise with their unusual rhythms\, song structures and acoustic colours. The songs take the auditor on a journey through their own imagination\, their own feelings even without forcing any verbally formed interpretation on them. This phenomenon is best experienced at one of their supercharged live shows. The band manages to capture and enthral their audience skilfully.\n\nDoom/sludge/postmetal band Lake Natron (from the city of Rosenheim) takes its name from a highly alkaline soda lake in Tanzania which hosts an extreme ecology for the life-forms found there. The band’s sound definitely comes over as very tough\, raw and caustic. As you’d expect from three guys playing such uncompromising music\, they don’t beat around the bush with meandering introductions but go straight into concrete-slab riffs\, heavy chug-a-lug rhythms and an acid vocal that could dissolve paint off walls in one go from top to bottom. the bass grooves scour the bottoms off industrial vats as surely as the sun rises. Slashing doom rumble drones sit comfortably with sharp jagged riffs and thumping percussion.
